Return Policy

  • At La Madera, we offer the ability to facilitate returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • If the product has a defect or you explicitly choose to refuse delivery or return the order after receiving it, you can report the problem to customer service, who will investigate the manufacturer’s complaint and confirm the manufacturer’s existence.
    We offer the option to exchange the product for another with the same specifications, or return the final order and receive a full refund without incurring any costs.
  • Also, if there is a discrepancy between the manufacturers and the manufacturers who joined you and praised the refusal to receive or return the order within the specified period, with the availability of the same condition at the same time.
  • If you change your mind after the product arrives, you can return the order after a quick delivery within the specified 14 days, with a guarantee that the product will not be lost in its original condition (this does not apply to products produced on demand).
    When returning an order without explicitly stating the defect, the customer is liable for 10% of the order price, in addition to the shipping costs for the item.
  • After requesting a return of the product after receiving it; You can activate the full payment method if the payment was made in cash upon receipt, bank transfer, or Value account.
    The payment request was made after contacting customer service within a maximum of 14 days from the notification date.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another one after its arrival, they will be required to pay 10% of the original item’s price.
  • Any changes to the product may be made after the order, such as options, adding additional pieces, or changing the color. This request must be made within 4 days of the order date. The order date will be changed to request an improvement.
  • Cancellation can be requested after confirmation within 7 days. If the order is canceled after this period, the customer will be required to pay 10% of the item’s value.
  • Upon receipt from the representative, you must carefully inspect the product and ensure all details and product quality are correct. This is because the La Madera warranty covers only the wood and foam of the item and does not cover any fabric unless the defect is the result of poor shipping or other defects.
  • Customers receive a 3-year warranty.
