Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we’ve made shipping easy because your convenience is our priority.
La Madera doesn’t require third-party shipping for your orders, and we also offer timely shipping.
La Madera’s delivery method delivers within just four days and keeps your geographic location within your area, allowing you to choose your preferred delivery time—anytime during the day, week, or even month.
In the event of an urgent order, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to contact you.
We will ask for your signature on a copy of the letter to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the distributor, and we consider the signature of anyone at the address to be authorized.
If no one at the email address is available to receive the goods, we will ask the customer service company to approve the final delivery time. We don’t like to over-deliver. We will not reject any order that exceeds 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Custom orders are fulfilled according to production time and sometimes on the product description page.
Delivery costs are determined either at checkout for the product and its address, or after special requests are placed, and are included in your final order.

Delivery Time

We will provide you with anything available to you only upon placing your order. Delivery times are based on the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery times should be used as a guide only, and you must select and agree to them.
Unless there are upcoming shipments, and we do not make any efforts to do so, within 5 business days of our delivery date. Business days are Saturday through Friday, subject to availability.
Date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, Istanbul location, delivery method, and essential items. Products may also be delivered to government-mandated locations.
To see your account cost, simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you reach the checkout screen, the shipping charges will be displayed.
